This beauty sleeps 8: 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, a bunk area, 3 full bathrooms, and pull out sofa in the open living area. Upgrades include tile throughout, stainless steel appliances, new polywood patio furniture, and tasteful coastal decor. Each bedroom has a private bath and its own TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals if you choose. If not, you are only 3/4 of a mile to Pier Park where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping, as well as the Sky Wheel and amusement area.
We also provide complimentary beach chairs through Beach Services (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for rentals March through October.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located on the west side of PCB, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. You will love all the on-site amenities: two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a fitness center with Roman spa, conference center, covered parking, 70 person theater, an arcade/game room, Flip Flops convenience store, Waves Bar & Grille, the tiki bar & snack shack, and private beach access.
There is a $48+tax registration fee required by Tidewater for parking passes and beach access wristbands. This is paid directly to them before or upon arrival. They also require a vaild, over 25 photo ID when checking in.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hello, Hi, Hey Y'all! My sisters and I grew up with a condo on Hilton Head Island, and some of our fondest memories are from summers spent there. We knew that we wanted to have space to make these same memories with our own children. While the banks of the low country hold a special place in our hearts, there is nothing like the white sands of the Emerald Coast. We have been vacationing to Panama City Beach for years and knew this was the place to make this dream a reality. After visiting Carillon, we fell in love with the community and purchased The Quarterdeck. We have had beach houses before, but none quite as special as this one. Shortly after that we decided we wanted a beachfront property and purchased at Tidewater Beach Resort. Our most recent purchase is a golf course villa at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.
